Louisiana House offers beautiful, low income housing for adults who are age 62 or older as well as individuals who have a documented medical need for a handicapped accessible unit.

An income limit is established annually by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rent is based on income, assets, and medical expenses. Income from all sources are verified as part of the initial certification and on an annual basis.
